I guess we'll all see when Sandi plays Grundy Round 1. I love Grundy but not upto Sandi's standard, watch him dominate!

The other thing is though, if Sandi isn't fit rd 1, I will jump on Grundy.. He does have some value, ill admit it and he can play! was a steal to get him, probably was good enough to go top 3 in the draft imo

I think Fremantle are going to play it so safe with Sandi that I'd expect him to miss 5+ games during the year for tiny niggles, and he'll quite possibly be rested during SC finals. It kind of depends on who our back ups are; if Liam McBean for instance is starting come round 1 and is looking alright then I might consider Sandi, but only if I have adequate bench players.

I'm thinking of getting on Ben McEvoy; bad season last year which makes him cheap and he should improve at Hawthorn. Could be a huge POD.

Yeah someone get on McEvoy I haven't seen him in 1 team which surprises me. Surely score more with a better midfield around him? If there wasn't cheaper options i'd have a go.

On Sandilands, if he plays the first bulk of the season scores well like he should and makes money, it's worth starting him. Then just straight swap for the best other ruck which could end up being McEvoy!

Improve? He had no preseason and an injury interrupted year. Year before he went 113...
Exactly my point! The 'improve' was referring to his injury (aka OP-type problem). If he plays though, I agree he scores big but it's alot of dough to pay for a GAMBLE when Sandi is a heaps cheaper gamble!
Agree also though that McEvoy would be a great POD at this stage  8)

I had McEvoy last season and I won't be going near him again. Doesn't win enough hit outs to score well. Relies on contested marks which is hard to rack up week in, week out. Guys like goldy and minson are good for 30+ hit outs a game which means they only need a handful of possessions on top and they get a ton
