Every year I have tried to save money on rucks at the start of the season and during it and every year it has burnt me , not next year barring injury and preseason form it will be Minson and Goldstien and Nic Nat in the forward line end of story.  ;)

Apparently NicNat will lose dpp, I've got him in the rucks anyway.

Hmac is a no go for me, will look at Sandi if looking really good heading into rnd . Otherwise agetting on Mumford with a bigger role at gws, and Grundy as a cheap option taking over the number 1 role at the pies.

Surprised so many locking in Grundy... Too pricey for a cash cow and surely you can't expect a kid in his second year to pump out a premo average.

Because I have no faith in Sandi playing a full season they will rest him any chance they get even if a little bit sore to get him to the finals they have Clarke and Eventually Griffin, Sandi is a bonus they will hardly need until finals just saying they won't risk him or push his limits so is not for me

I am going neither of these two no matter what value they give. Set and forget means set and forget. I don't wanna waste trades on trying to fix my rucks. Going two of: Kreuzer, Minson, NicNat, Goldy or Mumford.

Killbluffs point is the one that is scaring me off him.

So many ruck choices this year. Think this line is the one that will make or break people early on...

I think there is enough value on the other lines to be able to spill a bit of cash in the rucks, let's just hope we don't have a Jacobs or Maric 2.0,  :-[

exactly this, im thinking take risks elsewhere. like it could be the idfference between 3 premo backs or 4.

Your missing my point. Grundy presents hardly any value at all. He's a kid going into his second year. He won't pump premo scores out and won't make enough money to be a cash cow. If you don't like Sandi or Hmac your better off either going to a rookie or up to a premo
