Taking Dangerfield over Ebert was the best decision ever made

I cant even believe to start with that the crows were considering Brad Ebert and im not saying he isnt a good player but when you compare him to Dangerfield he really doesnt match him at all

Good thing with Dangerfield is he is a bullocking midfielder fast and the added bonus is he can kick long range goals just like Mark Ricciuto he is an absolute gem and i saw this on the AFL website and you dont realise how grateful crows supporters should be to Matt Rendell

You look at Ebert and you just see a hard working midfielder he isnt anything flashy he cant kick goals like Dangerfield

I think our midfield led by Dangerfield, Sloane, Crouch, Thompson, Douglas, Van Berlo is one to look out for in 2014 if FIT and if CONSISTENT and if performing at BEST ABILITIES

West Coast ruined Eberts development for 4 years you can't compare the two because they are totally different players.

Both players are just as important to their teams as each other. We lacked a quality young bruising midfielder and we got if a couple years ago in Ebert. Adelaide lacked midfield pace and skill they got it in Dangerfield

Or they developed him into the player he is for you now. One thing WCE are good at, is developing hard gut running star midfielders.

Both are quality footballer's and would of been happy with either but in saying that im rapped we took Danger, has a bit more to his game I feel. ;)

Not sure how you figure this at all ???

We put the hard yards into Ebo, made him earn his spot, forced him to recognise that to play in an AFL engine room you need to be physically and mentally ridiculously strong. He was coming into the club in the same year guys like Cuz, Judd and Braun were leaving so a pretty sound standard was set for him. His time spent at West Coast working hard and getting the basics 100% has set him up for a long career at Port.

If anything, you Port fans should be very grateful.

I'm confused. Are you suggesting he is a selfish player? ???
