Tend to agree with Holz, while the rules aren't severe or policed enough on diving ie yellow/red cards then players will continue to try and draw the free/penalty because of whats riding on it, it really needs to be policed better than what it is.
Like ele i can not stand the feigning injury from a tackle when its clear you could not be hurt from it, id like to see the Ref's simply wave play on a lot more and leave the wimps laying there looking like just that, wimps.

I must say I hate diving and acting but I don't blame the players I blame the system.  Robben should get carded every time he dives but he doesn't. It's either a card to him or the player who drew contact with him.

So any rational person will go for it if there is only reward and no penalty.

The time wasting thing can easily be solved if you stop the clock when the ball is not in play.

The other thing that gets me us when a player break through and you clearly drag him down that's a red card. To me that's much worse than diving. It's basically you beat me, your going to score so I'll just take you out.

Back on to the football, getting pumped for Germany tomorrow morning. It's an easy one but I'm always nervous in knockouts
