Big call, they should get rid of injury time, it's a stupid concept. Just stop the clock like any sane sport does when somebody gets injured or a sub is made, stops time wasting and time-wasting techniques such as faking injury and less rigging power with refs.

And if everybody wants a prediction, I reckon Germany and USA will go their best for a result and it'll end 0-0 anyway so everybody screams rigged corruption and starts hating on them.

This would be the best way to do it, but time is still lost even when injury time is added on. There would've been a good 10 minutes lost during that 2nd half, it's not worth stopping the clock otherwise people will get frustrated because their 2 hour game (Adding in half time break) could go on for a lot longer. It's a bit like AFL, some quarters go 26 minutes, others can go 33.

ikr how weird was the feeling at the end there. Noone did anything, even Ronaldo when that goal went in, there was hardly any celebration. I think Protugal had accepted defeat tbh, then that cross (10/10 cross btw, far out) hit it's target. It all looked casual and only Tim Howard showed any emotion when the goal went in.

Germany will win but I cant see Portugal getting through. They need USA to lose and to beat Ghana and overcome a 5 goal difference. I can see them winning but dont see them making up the goal difference.

Looks like an awesome atmosphere JR, I'm sure they would have gone crazy after that late goal was scored!

I'm pumped to watch Aussies last World Cup match, not expecting too much as this WC, but lets hope we can put on another positive display and show a goal or two without Cahill there, as just a sign for the future :P. I also have an exam tomorrow but I slept for like 2.5 hours before so should be fine :D.

We have pace in Leckie/Oar and Taggett (spelling?) is replacing Cahill, but doesn't have that finishing like him. It'll be tough to score for us, but we've done it before ;).
