I think some of these guys are just really unlucky.

Sammy Dwyer is on the fringe as well.

We've got Sam Lloyd and it's probably a tad too early to call his future.

It's always good to see some talented state league players get drafted, but when they don't get chances it really sucks.  :(

Kmart is a beat, so sad we can't give him a chance. Hope he gets to play at some other club. When he played in AFL he actually did really really well. He split his head open in his last game and got subbed and that was it, he was having a good game too for memory.

Marley won't directly affect Langdon, it is the combination of Seedsman, sinclair, fasolo and marley that will.

After the bye when all the pies defenders listed above are back, I assume that langdon will be squeezed out unless he plays a few more ripper games like he did last week. If he plays a mediocre game this week, I am not convinced he will play through the byes

Random question, but what's the go with Freeman's injury? Did his hammy in the first (or second) game of the NAB cup and they said 3 weeks. Yet it still says 3 weeks every week on the AFL injury list, even though it's about 4 months later!

Yeah I don't think we should go after him. Keefe and Frost are developing well and Reid can play back. I don't know if I like Reid, White and Cloke all up forward, that only works for hawks imo. We need to try and keep Martin though, if he goes. Massive loss,

I think we need him if we are to win a premiership in the next few years, which is our best chance when our list is at it's prime.
Brown/Maxwell will both be gone and Keefe is a spud, love Frost though. I think our best chance to win a premiership is to have the big three key forwards a bit like Sydney now and when we won in 2010 with Cloke, Dawes and Brown/ Cloke, Reid, White with White as the second ruckman.

Witts to be the number one ruckman, Grundy not showing enough at the moment! Frawley, Frost, Toovey as our lock down defenders and Langdon, Seedsman, Scharenberg, O'Brien to play the rebounding defender role.

Kyle Martin has to stay yes.. So many key young players but no spots, it's great for the team in my opinion. He could be very good bait however, don't see him playing in our mids in the near future - Miles 2.0?

Yeah good points mate. I think Keefe will develop but probably not for a few more years which I guess Frawley would help. Reid/Cloke/White would be good I guess, we just need to have a whole fit team firing and we would be flag contenders.. Hope we go well in September though. (If we make it haha)
