I might have over capitalized in the FWD line, may end up looking at downgrade Chappy & Upgrade Carrazzo -> J.Selwood....

Rookies in the def could be on the low side this year, but hope a few step up over the pre-season...

GoLions

Probably more likely that SJ would become mid only, so you may end up having to downgrade SJ, and upgrading Grundy to a premo ruck such as Goldy, Minson, Leuey.
Looks pretty good though. I'm also weary of Goddard keeping DPP, he may lose it, but Sam Mitchell could get it and would be an ideal replacement if that were the case.

Typhnn

Goddard was added purely for cash... which means i'll be able to pickup whoever when he looses his DPP, SJ i thought would loose his DPP as well, but we can only be hopeful he doesn't....

Not really keen on upgrading Grundy to a full Prem, because last year the rucks were up/down, i'd rather wait and then choose the best premo once Grundy price rises...

Hopefully Mitchell gets DPP that would be awesome...  in the meantime just having some fun with team setups...!!!

Ricochet

Wow again so nice uniques.

Backline is pretty solid. SShaw is pretty pricey but there isn't much else around that price range.

Carrazzo is an interesting pick in your mids. If he can bounce back to his 2012 form then its a huge win but personally I'd be looking to find some extra cash to upgrade to someone like Cotchin who is underpriced at 567k

Grundy is another. There's no doubt he will be a gun but in only his second year can he consistently pump out premo scores. If fit, Sandi and HMac present great value and are proven scorers.

Can't fault your forward line at all mate.

Overall not bad at all.

Typhnn

Cheers Ricochet...

Shaw, is interesting and i didn't think he was too badly price, but there really isn't anyone else...  plus like last season of SC the backline was pretty inconsistent... i feel we may have similar issues again next season...!!

Carrazzo should bounce back, he had a bad year with injuries and the games were he didn't get injured he player well...  i do like Cotchin at that price, but we all need to be alittle different, take a risk :)

Grundy may end up being 3rd ruck, if Hmac can actually get up for round 1...  but i couldn't trust him too much thats why i prefer Grundy initially...

Forward line seems alright... SJ maybe mid only and Chappy im still 50/50 where he might be playing with the bombers...

Still early days but hope not too much changes

Typhnn

TAKE 2... but have 17 players in Round 8... :( lol  i'll need to change that i guess...!!

DEF:
Having both Watts and Seedsman is WAY too risky, let alone 1 of them. 7/10

MID:
8) 8) 8) 8) 8) 8) 8) 8) 8) 8) 8) 8) 10/10

RUC:
Risky, but could really pay off. 8/10

FOR:
Think daisy, karnezis AND chappy is too risky. I would stay away from chappy. Replacing him with a premium would make it a good structure IMO. 8/10

Typhnn

Footyrulz....

Def: with Shaw gone, i'd suspect Seedsman would step up maybe not huge scores but hopefully a consistent ave in the 90's would be fine....!!  as for Watts, Roos has him as a midfielder this year with Vince, Jones, Michie, Tyson... so i think his scores will be pretty good and also massive POD :)

Mid's: so far so good... just bye problems if anything

Ruc: both should increase in cash over the year, and if not perform well, the byes will become a good time to pickup a prem ruck...

Fwd's: Daisy should be over his ankle problem, and a fairly common pick.. karnezis i think will take over Daisy spot and should do ok.... both wouldn't be my final 22, but have potential to be and also plenty of cash increase....  Chappy im not sold on just yet, but he still ave well each and every year... so ill be watching him closely in the praccy games... but i think he will be worth a spot, unless his gameplan has changed...!!

only early just its all for fun atm, seeing what we can create...!!!

Youre probably right with seedsman. Hes a good unique. But just stay away from watts.

I think your forwards will be good as long as u replace chappy.

Maybe downgrade 1, upgrade the other?

Dispose of Carrots and will be all sweet :)

TEAM NAME: WhateverItTakes

DEF: J. Bartel, J. McVeigh, P. Hanley, M. Suckling, S. Shaw, D. Gardiner (W. Langford, P. Veszpremi)
MID: G. Ablett jnr, S. Pendlebury, J. Watson, N. Fyfe, M. Murphy, D. Beams, D. Barry, J. Martin (A. Morabito, X. Ellis)
RUC: A. Sandilands, B. Grundy (D. Currie, L. McBean)

CASH LEFT: $176,800

This team is more Bye friendly.... but unsure to go with Fyfe, and whether Hanely/Rockcliff with keep their DPP....  but plenty of cash left over, so may end up possibly swapping Jobe/Fyfe to Selwood/Danger...   but then massive bye issues for Round 8 in the midfield....

otherwise i think it seem fairly safe on all lines...

Sabretooth Tigers

 :)
With 17 players in rd.8 I'd love to have money on you in rds.9 and 10. I'm of the opinion that what you lose in one bye round you make up in the other two. There are some seriously good players with the round 8 bye and it would be a shame to lose points by not having them. Cheers and best of luck.     ;)

Typhnn

Sabretooth, having 17 players in 1 round out, which isn't including any of the rookies that aren't selected too, is way too many, and i'm sure we'd all love to have Ablett, Pendle, Swan, Beams, Selwood, Danger, Cotchin, Deledio, etc... all in the mids...  but kinda think you need to setup for the massive down in round 8, then trade in afterwards...!!!

That's why i went with Jobe & Fyfe and mixed up the other lines too to help have decent covered for Round 8.....

I also remember early this year Selwood/Danger both got off to a slow start.... so maybe it will happen again..?

Typhnn

Started to look more towards the bye periods and teams with easier games

TEAM NAME: .. CASH LEFT: $155,200
