Typhnn

nice Def, Mid, Ruck kilbluff... but are you 100% going to back in your FWD line...??

but i like the idea...

kilbluff1985

seems like the way to go next year unless some defender rookies emerge i don't think it would do much worse then a 4 premo 2 rookies forward line and the rest of the team should make up the difference

thanks for your comment :)

Ringo

Do not mind it KB

Forwards this year imo are similar to backs last year nothing really outstanding,

Southstorm

I really like that FWD line, seems to be making the best out of the player pool at hand.

This is one of the better teams i have seen, has some uniques such as Sam Docherty, Shane Savage,& Gary Rohan. You need to have something different to others if you want to have a chance of winning. You have strengthened your Ruck division. I think the position you can afford to be weak at is in defence. Maybe Downgrade someone like Waters & upgrade Karnezis, Possibly Sam Mayes will be a better option if he has DPP.
But if you are happy with your side leave it as is.

kilbluff1985

Thanks mate

i have no faith in any rookie defenders at this stage hence that structure i have more faith in Waters+Karnezis then rookie def + premo fwd hopefully some good rookie defenders emerge in the pre season games then yeah i'd do what you suggested

none of P. Karnezis, G. Rohan, A. Fasolo are locked until round 1 teams but theres lots of value in the forward line at this stage so makes sense to go cheap there

Def: looks strong, can't really fault it.
Mid: libba a nice unique, not convinced he will be top 10 though. Not sold on savage either but it could pay off.
Ruc: set and forget, I like it. Rookies however are both unlikely to get many, if any games so no cash generation or back up.
Fwd: almost every player is a risk but if it comes off you will be flying

Solid team really, only minor things to fault which there always will be at this time of year

kilbluff1985

Thanks Quinny

Savage i reckon could easily average 90+ unless there's an obvious rookie named round 1 i should have i like him but will go 5 rookie mids if it's the better option

the above will really determine my team how many must have rookie mids there are any extra cash will be spent on the forward line obviously

Yeah u might be right on savage I've barely really seen him play. Every time I did he was the sub lol. Should get plenty of opportunity at the saints though.

Ringo

Just a thought for you if using McBean and Nat retains DPP why not move him forward and choose another ruck for flexibility.  I also expect McBean to get games this year,

I like this one. Slightly stronger forward line with a value pick in the ruck. Haven't seen Wingard in many teams - Why? I have same forward line ATM but Can't fit him in over Walker.
Only thing is no GAJ  (but u have 6 mids to make up for it) and Houli is pretty consistent but low ceiling.
Good structure, don't worry TOO much about byes !

kilbluff1985

Wingard reason is pretty simple for me he has a round 9 bye cant see many other better options

same reason for Houli round 9 bye and Libba would be in anyway but put in Griffin for the bye

i'm going for strong overall and leagues with a good structure i can pick up 3 wins in each league over the byes and improve overall
