So rip into him and there shall be zero consequences ;D ;)

Should be a half with the round ball and a half with our ball to be fair, unless you've played soccer very hard to kick a round ball accurately consistently. :-X

Easier to kick a round ball than an oval ball...

Yeh I don't disagree CF, ive played a lot of both sports (Soccer, Footy) but i'll bet those that haven't would find it difficult to kick the round ball accurately over 50 metres without shanking it to the left or right and missing the target by a big margin.

Heaps easier to mark a round ball to isn't it ? And bounce it

Of course but we don't have any trouble marking it do we, we just cant hit a target consistently over as little as 30-40 metres.

I reckon it's easier to kick a footy straight, but much harder in every other area eg bouncing, marking etc...

No just pointing out if we played it with an oval ball for a half or whatever they would struggle as much as us

IMO they should play the second game with an oval ball then decide the series by total points would be more fair

I think the flight and bounce screwed us the most last game, can't afford to kick it over the top,  ::) and I agree, a bit of practice with the round ball and it really shouldn't be that difficult, requires or finesse than the oval ball

Yeh id be happy with that mate to make it a more even/fairer contest.

I agree mate but that's with a lot of years playing footy, I still believe I could kick a footy more accurately over distance on a calm or windy day/night. Played a lot of soccer as a keeper and a striker ands its a lot easier for me to kick a footy accurately over distance consistently hitting a target, its easier to hit a target over distance with the round ball on the ground for me than when its in your hands as say a keeper would do often.

easier to learn maybe, but not necessarily easy to transition.
