Oh dear :(   What bothers me though is the best player for a few years now hasn't won the best Womens cricketer for the year for Australia yet, how did she lose at the AB award night? :o  Miss Perry of course, rigged?

ODI's are done, now for the three twisted20s :P how bored will we be half way through the second :P

So good to see Bear playing and international level and playing well.  :D

Also great to see a number of Victorians in the international team as well.  8)

Some very good striking of the ball. Just a shame for England that it was too little, too late.

Think Eoin Morgan was a big wicket, had he been around for about 10 balls more, England probably could have got up.

Wasn't meant to be though, Aussie were too good.

Bear performed well, NCN bowled great and Jimmy Muirhead's gonna be a star.  ;)

Yeh true Nige, Morgans wicket was huge for the Aussies.

Good pitch for T20s that. If it is going to be a slog fest, at least make title a high scoring one like it was tonight. Good to let the brain fall out on your lap for a few hours and watch a few slogs.  Doesn't compare to the longer forms of cricket, but it can be a nice compliment when there is a few international matches of it each summer. There is too much big bash at the moment though. Would prefer to see the Shield and Ryobi Cup on at this time, if only they would draw the crowds.

Was it you that dropped one of the catches in the crowd. ;D ;D
Agree the T20 have the entertainment value but still can not come to like it over ODI and tests. May grow on me especially with the entertainment value. Went to a game at the Gabba.

Henriques scored a good 150 odd runs from his two innings in India on debut. Still think that surely another batter is needed rather than an all-rounder. Not many have worked long for Australia

I still think an all-rounder needs to be able to hold down a position in batting or bowling.. I don't think Moises is there yet.

There haven't really been many that could hold their position for longer than a year or two. I too would rather a stronger middle order batter that could bowl somewhat irregularly.

As long as they bowl better than Steve Smith

Well, I think Watson fits that bill (he'd likely be in the team as a batsmen.... particularly when a 35 average is the new 50 these days), and I think Faulkner fitted that also (his first class bowling figures are outstanding).
Moses bats well against the spinners by why wiould they pick him against a seemers attack. He was also replaced by a batter in the T20 squad, go figure
