Confession: I only know of Accrington because of FIFA13
Not alone.  :P
yeeep

haha got a text from a mate when it came up on the screen

him. "Accrington. Wicked"
me. "Where's Accrington?"
him. "Dunno bro"

Dudge

Aussies playing under instructions from ACB. Record 1st day crowd, 72k second day, give the Poms a 1st innings lead, and keep their supporters interested ;)

(._.)

I like George Bailey, I'm glad he got the opportunity to play Test cricket, but for the good of the team Phil Hughes should be playing.

some of the australian responses here are just cringe worthy haha. It was obviously out, no doubt- looked to hit the bat and snicko confirmed it. Root first innings in Perth what?

Edit: Fox Sports having a cry too :P

I like Bailey too actually, good player just not getting very lucky. Give Bailey the second innings to prove whether or not he should stay in the side.

Don't worry, him and Haddin are the only aussies in this side I don't despise :3

I'm not going to even bother to read that.

I LOVE IT

I LOVE IT

Jukes is missing from this thread the whole series and as soon as England have some tiny bit of control of a match he shows up

And he calls other people bandwagoners

I LOVE IT

GoLions

I've been out all day and haven't read some of the stuff here, but some of those dismissals. Clarke needs to at least step closer to the ball, whether he be leaving it or playing a shot, gets bowled way too often. Rogers threw his wicket away, although did 100x better than most of our other batsman. Haddin once again saving the day, although would be surprised if we put on more than 20 runs tomorrow before we get bowled out.

I'm excited for when we play SA, but more-so because I'll get to see SA play, cause we are gonna get smashed. There's no way they'll let the tail wag when we play them, and unless our top order play at their best, we'll struggle to put on 200 each innings.

Do you think I spend all day every day on here or something?

You don't need to have spent all day on here. You just needed to post at some point during the last three tests.

England provide some competition finally and Jukes starts popping up with shower-stirring posts. F-f-funny how c-c-coincidences and h-h-hypocrisy can go so neatly hand in hand.

You were on here all day every day for 5 tests straight when England were winning

You should be banned from the cricket section you p.o.s. troll.

Jukes

lol y u mad tho

maybe because I don't do anything at night when the Brit summer tests were on but actually do things at daytime when the aussie summer is on?

Also I had a laptop to use on the couch until my wace exams, including last ashes, so posting was much easier, now post-wace I use my desktop so not as easy to showerpost, so even when I don't have anything to do I'm not on here.

Batting under 3 an over in test match cricket is a disgrace.

England need to learn how to bat.

Quote from: tbagrocks on December 26, 2013, 09:33:25 PM
England just aren't good enough on these pitches against top bowling

Besides, they have batted slowly for 150 years, why change now ???

top lel indeed
My first comment was not defending Australia, it was just a statement.

Nice work, would have cheered you if they where still here.

I have a feeling a lot of threads will have this comment in the next few weeks

TEAM NAME: The Unreal Squids
DEF: D. Heppell, B. Gibbs, P. Hanley, B. Waters, M. Suckling, N. Bock (J. Kolodjashnij, C. Cameron)
MID: D. Swan, S. Selwood, B. Stanton, P. Dangerfield, D. Beams, D. Tyson, C. Beams, J. Polec (A. Morabito, J. Martin)
RUC: N. Naitanui, B. Longer (T. Derickx, D. Currie)
FWD: T. Rockliff, D. Martin, L. Franklin, P. Chapman, D. Thomas, V. Michie (J. Patton, J. Hogan)
CASH LEFT: $206,200

Likes
Stants and Chappy :D
Strong forward line if Patton doesn't get injured again.
Few solid mid-pricers in the midfield could generate a lot of cash if they all work out...or if they don't, screw your midfield early.

Dislikes
Not a fan of Nathan Bock. Injury-prone as they come, and not even guaranteed best 22 if fit. Wouldn't want to rest your hopes on JKolo and Clay every second week.
Like the previous one, not a fan of strong forward lines that leave Hogan on the bench!
You won't need 200k left over! The current prices are going to be almost exactly what they're going to be. Would use that $$$ to upgrade Longer to McEvoy or Bock to a good, uninjured player :P

Ratings
D: 8.5/10
M: 8.5/10
R: 8/10
F: 9/10
Overall: 8.4/10 pretty good team, better w/ that 200k invested.

Thanks to their key player,

Just some of your 35+ posts which took place during the 2nd test.

Your only post in the thread was about how Australian were "bandwagon" fans

Yet the only time you come here to post is when England have some control in a test.

flower off to England you bandwagon p.o.s. nobody wants you here.

Jukes

A WXV pick that took 30 seconds, the commitment to my team rating thread, and a bit of nfl banter? (I like nfl more than cricket if you couldn't tell).

You sure are an upset kid eh
