Ricochet

Jeez there are some decent names on that list.

Grazz

Huge names there, if half of them are as good or better than the old man  the Bombers would be sitting pretty. :o

Ringo

Only issue will be deciding which one when time arises -

Brisbane will have an interesting choice in 2031 as well with Brownie, Blackie, Ash McGrath and Jed Adcock's partners all having sons this year.

I've heard Tom Wallis is the best of the lot, the others not so much. But he is only young and I dunno if it was from a reliable source.

Nige

Didn't the Dons just turf Wallis' old man? That might have helped him wanting to play for them had they kept him...  :-X

"Basically I won't be re-contracted for the 2014 season and I'm moving onto greener pastures,"

"Anyway, that's life and that's what happens."

"I will probably explore other options outside of football, but I'll never say never. Twenty-seven years in the industry and probably the way it finished is a little bit disappointing, but that's the way the club has chosen to go and I respect that."

Is what dean wallis told the media, so he doesn't sound that devastated. Doubt they would have flowered him that hard if they want his kid.

Do we have any next year? Say it's another Joe Daniher (first round draft pick) would we get him round 3 if other clubs wanted him round 1 or 2?  ???

No, we will get flowered over

Mailman the 2nd

If your father son prospect is any good, you'll be forced to use either 1st round or give him up.

Remember though that Gary Ablett Jnr. was taken very late in the father-son draft

kilbluff1985

we have a pick at the end of the 1st round next year anyway

If round 3 was the highest pick you had, you'd still get the father-son player.

Yes but the only way that ever happens is if a team gets its draft picks stripped :P

Remember he wasn't a particularly outstanding junior player. :P
