How many private messages/inboxes do you have?

I did that at the start, but then you get into trade talks and reports/warnings and stuff, so I just kept things there just incase have to refer back to them at a later date.

That and too lazy to delete things now, so much effort.

i delete my unneeded ones FF pointless having thousands and trying to find one if you need it

i reckon i'd have a few if i kept them all though

That is why you have labels to put them in and then delete from your in box. I have a general folder for British Matters, and then one for each of my teams and it makes it easy to go back and check if I have to just pull up the relative label and all PM's relevant are in there,

Too lazy to delete from labels though one day may start,
