Mr.Craig

I'm interested despite being burnt by him this year. Might depend a bit on what his early draw looks like.

Such a lock. Blues will be big improvers next year and Marc will go 110+

At least some have some faith in us! You really think so Rico?

Would love your thoughts behind this! :)

Yep definitely. Forget this year. He battled with injuries and an unsettled team.
Mick has already brought in Daisy to add another bigger body into the midfield. 90% of breaking a tag comes from help from your teammates and Daisy will help here.
A stronger game plan where everyone knows what is going on at all times also helps. This year the structure and game plan was new to all the players, next year it will be more settled. Ball movement will become more predictable and players will become more predictable. Meaning Marc (and other players') running patterns will be more effective in getting the ball.
Expect big improvement from a quite a few Carlton players next year

I really dont think murphy's going to bounce back that much :/

definitely  90+, but honestly if I had to earmark him for an average, I'd go 101, I don't think he can push 110+ still with the tag. The higher predictability of the ball/ player movements should mean that murphy's running patterns are just easier read...

Ricochet

Even predictable movement is to quick for opposition to read and then react

+1 totally agree, With the team becoming more settled they should be big improvers both in DT terms and in their performance, don't forget how the captaincy affected Marc as well. In a side that is under performing the blame goes to the captain and the coach. Mick is too good a coach to not have a plan for the blues, so i have faith that Marc will average 100-105 8)

Fair enough Rico, obviously breaking a tag takes time and I am sure it isn't far away. I can see Murphy going 105-110 but I am bias. Hope you are right though man!
