If I am making a list of shows I would not have Scrubs anywhere near the top 10 of all time let alone the number 1. There are a bunch of shows on the list that should be inducted before Scrubs and some that have not even been named yet that I would have ahead of it.

Yup, once it is 7 votes clear the inducted show gets added to the list on the front page. and removed from the board. So as each show is inducted it takes a place on the list from 1-100 of our top shows. This will also free up a spot for a new show to be introduced to the board if we are at the 15 limit.
