Top 100 TV Shows of All Time

I don't really see the point in downvoting it because you don't think it's the best show ever. Especially if you actually do like it. This is a community thing, so everyone will have different opinions.

The point of the game is to create a list of the top 100 TV shows of all time. As you said everyone has different opinions and my opinion is that Scrubs should not be top 10 let alone number 1. The Wire is routinely listed as one of the best, if not the best show ever made yet it has been knocked out 3 or 4 times from the board already.

So even though I love the simpsons, i should keep downvoting it because it is not my favourite show of all time? Like you said, we're making a top 100, and if there are shows you like less than scrubs on the leaderboard, then i don't see why you wouldn't downvote them.

Because the show that is inducted first is supposed to be rated as the number 1 show of all time. There is a long history of TV shows (going back to the 50's with shows like the Twilight Zone) and I don't see Scrubs as a top 10 let alone the #1. Also if I wanted Seinfeld or The Simpsons to go in at number 1 I would logically have to negative vote Scrubs so they could get in.
