In LF's post, Whose Line is on 21, Doctor Who is on 15. Simple addition or subtraction shows that's a gap of 6, not 7. Holz then went ahead and added a new show acting like Whose Line was inducted.

Basically, Whose Line should still be on the board and Avatar should not.

I think we are alright 
Looking at transactions from KB's phone votes
Whose Line was 20 KB -1 to 19 LF +2 to 21
Dr Who  was 14 KB+2 =16 LF - 1 to 15 Holz - 1 = 14
So with Holz minusing Dr Who to 14 Whose line is inducted and he can add Avatar so SR is correct as well.
