Picking D4 is a toss up between quite a few players.

Just wondering what people think is a good option for the the fourth defender if these blokes were the only defenders you could chose.

Thanks.

I guess it depends where Shaw ends up.

I suspect Suckling will be in a different price bracket.

Go Hanley but consider Sucking as well.

Fantasygun

As in Suckling will be cheaper like low 400s?

Cheers.

Vinny

Haha it's still September buddy!

But yeah I'm going Simpson, McVeigh, Suckling and one of Mitchell/Hanley/Shaw

Fantasygun

I'm still not relying on Simpson and Mitchell to be DPP, McVeigh should.

Yeah I know!
I never really give footy a break. :)

Vinny

Simpson has been playing in defence for nearly the whole year, coming off half back.

Fantasygun

Yeah I noticed but Supercoach postions aren't always the same as actual player positions.

I wouldn't be surprised but i doubt mitchell will get DPP

Vinny

It is determined by where the majority of their disposals are I think.

I reckon Mitchell will get it too.

Torpedo10

I would say Hanley but surely Suckling will be Mid-Low price range so you should be able to pick him up too, he is a MUST if he plays round 1 IMO.

Suckling should be $200,000 or under and same with Bock.

I'm locking both of them in at D5 and D6.

D1-D4 will involve Scotty Thompson and I'm not sure who else yet.

I think Sam Docherty could break out next season as he will get a full run every game.  8)

If Suckling is cheap then i would take him, but first i would like to clarify who you think the top 3 are? and will they be backs next year??

The others on the list will be too expensive to start the season at D4

Fantasygun

Depending if a few players get DPP:

Goddard, McVeigh, Gibbs. Not necessarily all going to be in mine but they seem to be the most logical selections.
