does that mean when his 10 match contract is up he can get picked up by another club?

if not, then it shouldn't be a thing.
In NBA yeah

Not sure in AFL  :P

I assume it is the first 10 rounds of the season and then they re-asses?

Would be funny if he could choose which 10 matches he played. Just save up 4 for the finals just in case ??? ;) 8)

I think that the reason HMac was traded in was that the Cats expected Ottens to play on for 1 more year, so when he left they weren't quite ready, thus he was brought in to bridge the year (2013) until Dawson Simpson was ready and good to go.  Given how good Simpson was when he did play I can't imagine that HMac will get a game for the Cats if Simpson can get his body right.

Hahaha that'd be good.

By the way, that's half-century cheers! Give the bat a raise ;)

Josh Hunt has been delisted to go along with Chapman's exit.

Geelong now all of a sudden have a bit of spare cash to spend around.

We were exposed in the finals because we did not have a quality ruckman and a full forward that was a witches hat. If you can't apply any defensive pressure you are a liability. It shows how good Tommahawk is that they still played him, but it just didn't work.
Simpson was our great white hope but got injured and after that we had to use Westy who wasn't up to it.
I will be REAL interested to see what they do with Tommahawk. I just can't see how they can play him the way he is.
Another question mark is Varcoe. No-one has mentioned him, but he seems to be struggling to me.

Hearing Enright will be offered a one year contract extension while Kelly may not be, don't judge, I'm tired and sleepy,
