Pretty sure I read somewhere he won the reserves best and fairest, but I don't know, Colyer, Kommer and Dell probably all ahead of him

haha, I just realised before you posted, I think we've got a midfield that can match it with some of the best now,

yeah people say our midfield has no depth, but i believe its our forward structures are where the issues are

Is it bad to keep players like Myers and Colyer and not play them every week?
Myers I think will keep a spot but maybe not Colyer, who misses out? Loved Kommer's effort this year, as long as he keeps his form year 2, he starts every game.

Thing to remember is players always miss games, so you need a lot of depth. Problem is no one is happy to play VFL till they are needed. You have to find a way to keep them happy.

Voss tried to keep everyone happy,  :-X competition for spots is healthy, all the best teams have guns in the reserves, look at Geelong, The talent in their VFL team is ridiculous,

Geelong's guys are mostly young and hungry to get their chance in a very successful team. Some of our guys have had games and now don't want to be put back. Very difficult to manage.

Reports coming through from Fox Footy that Leigh Montagna will be joining Essendon within the next week.

What do you boys think of that? Very handy inclusions, chappy and montagna

I know I know, but St Kilda were also very keen on Myers or Pears, can't remember which one now, but I could see that and something else to go through. St Kilda are on the rebuild, so I can see it happening, bright future, but terrible right now

I'd say pears, he's the only one we havn't openly said he's a required played
