Recently signed
Jake Melksham
Cale Hooker
Tom Bellchambers
Jason Winderlich
Travis Colyer

Targets
Jason Johannisen
Taylor Adams (Geelong & Collingwood lead the race but Adams is an essendon supporter and was impressed with the meeting but we've basically got nothing to give them.)
Sam Docherty (Carlton lead the race)
Colin Sylvia (most likely going to fremantle)

Asked to be traded
Stew Crameri (WB) pick 22 and/or Jason Johannisen

I'm pretty sure they're all up to date. I'd love us to go after Adams adding some more depth to our midfield. Jason Johannisen would be a nice addition, not sure we really need him though.

'Crameri is weighing up the Bombers' offer against one from the Western Bulldogs.

AFL.com.au revealed in June the Bulldogs had put together a four-year deal worth up to $1.8 million to lure Crameri to Whitten Oval, where he has a strong relationship with coach Brendan McCartney.

Crameri returned from overseas on Wednesday and is likely to make a decision on his future within the next few weeks.'

'Veteran defender Dustin Fletcher is understood to be keen on extending his career into 2014.'

'Tayte Pears, Jason Winderlich, Scott Gumbleton, Kyle Hardingham and Travis Colyer are among other Bombers who remain unsigned.'

Essendon list manager Adrian Dodoro believes the club is 'not far away' from re-signing big man Tom Bellchambers despite offers from rival clubs.

Bellchambers is one of a number of Bombers out of contract but has previously stated his desire to remain in the red and black.

"Obviously Tom Bellchambers is out of contract and I am extremely optimistic that we can get that one done," Dodoro said.

yeah, I'm thinking along the same lines, leaning towards pears over hardingham to get the boot,

Essendon supporters have been through a lot, and showed they can put up with most things. But fletcher not playing a farewell game is not one of those things, we will cry blood and mass exodus. Fletch for PM <3

Essendon Football Club is pleased to announce ruckman, Tom Bellchambers, has agreed to a new multi-year deal.

The 24-year-old's two year contract extension will see him remain at the club until the end of the 2015 season.

Does anyone else opt for hardingham as a forward? His disposal just isn't precise enough as a half back, and I know he played more of his footy up field in his younger years. I wonder if any clubs are considering this...

Seeing some talk that Myers wants to leave the Bombers. No substance to it yet though
