Bontempelli is easily top ten material in my view and should be taken before Freeman.

i'll be really surprised if the Saints pass on Crouch if he's available at 18 or 19

Each day that goes past I think more and more that he might slide. It might be considered a "shallow pool" this year but competition for the first 30 odd spots is red hot and his lack of aerobic capacity and poor disposal efficiency could well see him drop down further than we may have thought previously.

Nige

The Father-Son pick - Luke McDonald.

This last group is called 'Defence Force'.

As for Crouch - I can't see him going before 20. Only because as Craig said, the top 30 is anyone's guess, but there are others whose stocks are rising. If Crouch was to go in the top 20, landing at Melbourne (very slim), Richmond (unlikely) or St Kilda (don't see it happening) would be it.

There's no doubting his ability to rack it up (DT slut?) but running out games and his efficiency could improve.

would you say Crouch is a top 10 play fantasy relevant wise?

Would really depend where he goes i reckon. To a Saints/Melb/etc he's top 5 for fantasy scoring potential.

yeah a top 4 team will put him in the 2's to develop but a bottom 8 could use him straight away will be interesting

Ricochet

Yeh man, well thats what I think anyway. Even GWS probably have too many good young mids for him to slot straight in there

Nige

As good as I think Crouch will be in time, I wouldn't use a top 15 fantasy draft (XVs) pick on him.

I wouldn't use a top 12 pick but after that is definitely be looking his way but I'm not exactly a rookie guy,  :-[
