The Dolphins have done very well.

Thanks mate. I think there is a LOT of upside in these players but we may not see any fantasy returns it for a few seasons. Which suits our team's position perfectly at the moment.

We still have three more picks to come as well. There's at least a few more guys I'm hot on but if they don't last I may just chosoe randomly.

you can pass but the only benefit to that is you get the pick you pass at that position in the axvs rookie/preseason draft.

given the pool will be larger for that draft it may in some cases be worth passing to get to take the pick from a larger range of players in the next draft.

remembering any player taken in the axvs rookie/preseason draft can go on your senior list or our rookie list

EXCEPT - players drafted in the AFL rookie draft can only go on your rookie list.

food for thought - i guess a late pick is a late pick, regardless of which draft.....

What if my rookie list is already full and i draft rookie listed players?

then l think  your 1st player drafted in the rookie draft goes on your senior list......etc until its full

I won't be passing except at Pick 76. Will use Pick 60 to upgrade Ellis-Yolmen as well.

Even by taking ALL my NAT picks and this upgrade I'll still have 3 spots left on my senior list to fill with players from the rookie draft. Plus 4 empty rookie spots.

yeah you inherited a messy list. don't get me wrong it performed well this season,very well, but it was always going to suffer a heavy cull at some point.

think you have made the right call slashing it now and you've drafted well so the list looks in pretty good shape, although you'll probably cut a few more next season again to get you to that point where it gets hard to work out who to delist to be able to draft.

every season it is going to get harder for us all to find players to cut in order to draft more....
