Jared Polec has nominated Port Adelaide as his preferred destination.

it's going to be difficult. I know Polec isn't a free agent so hopefully the power and the lions can work something out and the crows constant bickering (they should just give up now that they know Polec doesn't want to go to West Lakes) won't help speed the trade up. I can't see Port trading anyone tbh. Maybe they might resign Matt Thomas and give Brisbane him and Logan hahaha

Lol, that's an awful trade.

From day 1 when I saw Hartlett play the Crows, Iv'e loved the kid. There's no way , me personally,  I would want to see Hamish go. In saying that, which is my strong  appreciation for the kid, I just hope his body stands up to the rigors or AFL, for the next 8-10 years. Hopefully Burgess can spin his magic, and keep him on the ground

According to The Advertiser, the Power will involve the Lions arch rival Gold Coast in the trade, giving up pick 13 at the NAB AFL Draft to the Suns in exchange for picks 18 and 23. Polec would then move to Alberton for pick 18 and the Power would hold on to pick 23.

Great trade. If the Power had to dump any of their list I don't know what I'd do. Their current list has the potential to one day do what the Lions did from 2001-2004 (except there would be no one to stop us from winning four straight years  :P) If they traded Hartlett all my faith would be gone. That would be one stupid trade. I really like this rumoured one though and I hope its processed :)

hahaha that's because I'm the anti-tbag hahaha our like to dislike margins are comparable as well hahahaha but I'm pretty sure we are both Chelsea FC supporters (because I don't know how someone could support another Soccer team (much like how I don't understand why people choose to support one of the 17 teams that aren't Port Adelaide  :P) Still if Adelaide makes the finals & port doesn't I still cheers them because there are teams I hate much more than them  (a.k.a Essendon, Collingwood, St Kilda -purely because Milne, Montagna & Jones-) Hawthorn & Adelaide I dislike but I don't hate them to the same extent
