SEN say anything to keep the interest of listeners and the callers to ring in.

Holz

Give them 26 north Delaney will leave anyway pick 26 won't get anyone good.

like i've said before, if Dal wasn't at St Kilda, i'd like him to be at North. i don't really wanna see both Dal and Goddard in Essendon jumpers  :'(

find a way to get a better pick than what Crameri will get, please North. or, as Holz said, package 26 with Delaney.. i'm still not sure we'd take it though.

either Dal stays, or PLEASE FIND A BETTER PICK NORTH

No, I say let him go.  Pick 26 is too much to give up for him.  Delaney and a later pick is about right.  Dal is a good player, but north have a very strong midfield now with Wells, Swallow, Ziebell, Cunners, Bastinac, and younger blokes such as Garner and now McDonald coming through.

He would be a handy pick up, but withs norths current list, hes not a must have.

On a side note, I'm not sure why the saints dont want pick 22 as a compensation pick, but are keen to have norths pick 26.  If the saints wanted to do the deal they would take the afl's compo pick and north could give them delaney for a very late pick, which would be a win / win for both clubs.

yeah I agree Brad.  Hopefully they work something out with a compo pick and the saints would get pick 22 and delaney.  that would be a win win for both clubs and would allow the saints to commence a strong rebuild aswell, and likewise, after seeing teh saints go so close twice, I would love to see them one day claim that elusive flag, provided it wasnt against north.

As for the compensation pick you would think it would be at 22 but where is that locked in concrete? Might be at end of second round...? Maybe this is part of the thinking. 26...bird in the hand and stopping an opposition club from using another pick...understand the you scratch my back mentality but Saints don't have to trade Dal.

caluuum

Was reported on Channel 7 that he'll be signing a deal tomorrow.

*fingers crossed*

roo boys!

If they get him the feud will go up another level.

The north v don ff rivalry is already one of the biggest on the site.

Why would he want to go to that joke club when you have a better side without the off field issues.

Mailman the 2nd

I can't see how he could go to Essendon at all to be honest, Dal Santo would be more likely to stay at the saints than go there.

I think someone will budge soon, considering time is running out
