This, as far as I am aware. It means you can include them in trades if you can manage to but also means they are delisted before the rookie draft so someone else can take them if they want them.

oh, and why are we having such a big gap between the drafts/ second trade period?

I mean, I understand 2nd trade period is basically for dpp, but couldn't it open earlier anyway? I mean, if you use up all 6 (or 4/5 depending how much you traded in 1st period) and then get hit by dpp, it's really your own fault :P
