Wouldnt we be on trading a player though? So one we traded in previously.

A list movement is counted as any player traded out from your 2013 squad, you can only get a movement back if one of those traded players gets traded back in.

So there is no 'ins' and 'outs'  when it comes to list movements?

Players traded in don't count as list movements, only players traded out.

But you're not getting a player back from your original list so I'm fairly sure you don't.

That's correct.

It's just lost players from your original squad.

I actually hadn't made a list myself yet and it's much stronger than I thought. I was going to veto itmyaeld unroll I saw who could be picked up. Rememver i got Dixon and Douglas pick 70ish last year. Mid 20 rookies aren't worthless.
