after much discussion I have decided to go with

Trade Period 1
Nat Draft
Trade Period 2
Rookie Draft

I have gone with the rookie draft after the trade period 2 draft as i itned for that to be where you fill the last spots you want on the list and should spread out the interest as people like to draft and trade. Trade period 2 likely wont be very long 4 weeks at max.

you should not that players taken in the nat draft will get counted in period 2.
