I was surprised to see they were going after him, they've already got Seedsman, Williams, O'Brien and Sinclair that run off half back, and Jackson Ramsay was a 2nd round draft pick, not sure how he's been travelling in the VFl or if that's his role.

Mailman the 2nd

Am I the only one who thinks that Armstrong actually has talent then and just needs to be given a run of games to give him confidence and show what he can do? Had a very solid season in the NEAFL, which I know isn't the greatest of comps, but then was probably Sydney's best player during the finals. In the finals (3 games) he averaged 29 touches, 6 marks, 5 tackles, 4 I50's and 5 R50's. Pretty impressive numbers really.

To be honest Sydney was the worst club he could've gone to from Adelaide. I think he could play 15 games or more in a side outside the top 6.

There are worse players getting consistent games than Armstrong

And hoping we get Salem and Bontempelli in the draft....go Bucks... ;D

The word is that the Pies are confident of getting Bontempelli at 10.

If you take him at 10, you won't get Salem because he won't be taken any higher and won't last until your next pick.

Ringo

Brisbane rumoured to be interested in Bontempelli if still available at 7 so would not count on him falling to 10.

The mail I got was that they were interested in McCarthy.

May take Salem at 6
That's pretty unlikely.

If anything, they could take Bontempelli at 6 and Salem at 10, but I don't see it happening.

Hey, of topic but if Clinton Young was fit, would be best 22?
I think yes but he will be 28 by the start of next season but he should slot in the Thomas/Shaw position?
