Yeah, I could see him sliding in to any of those teams, and I wouldn't mind him at the Tiges either!  ;)

I honestly won't be surprised to see Essendon chase him really hard.

I can't see him in Essendons back 6 seems pretty settled

Carlisle , Hooker, Dempsey, Hibberd, Baguley, Pears/Hardingham

Nige

I'd rate him above Baguley, Pears and Hardingham.

I do not think Docherty is out of contract so his choice of club will be in hands of Lions if he requests a trade. Lions will accept best offer but as has been said we will not give these guys away cheaply.

What do you see as a good trade if he chooses the dogs as his preffered choice? Pick 22 would def not be enough.

Ringo

You do not appear to have too many trade options Woofy so may have to involve a 3 way trade unless one of the younger dogs wants to come to Brisbane.  Obviously you would not want to give up first round pick for Docherty which imo is what is required.  Trade week will be interesting from Brisbanes perspective.

Docherty's apparently nominated Carlton as his club of choice.

But he may have to wait as Blues energies will be spent securing Dale Thomas as a priority, Then that may leave the blues in a vulnerable position to chase him.

An AFL article has been released stating Docherty has told the Lions he wants to head home.

Vinny

Wouldn't mind him at Carlton but Daisy and a tall key forward are #1 priorty.

Do you think Vinny that if you get Docherty, Henderson then can play as a permanent forward.

Hmmm...perhaps Ringo. I would like to see Hendo as a permanent forward but it seems towards the end of games Mick likes to change it up. Waite has a solid mark but he needs to be taught how to defend so I don't like him up back unless he gets that sorted.
Still reckon another KPP is vital in defence or up forward. Wouldn't mind Docherty too but just hope we don't go and overpay him.

Docherty has nominated Carlton as his club of choice Vinny so remains to be seen what happens.

Ah okay fair enough, wonder how this will pan out!
