Help Wanted: Who to trade hartlett too?

Hey fellow coaches,
Last trade for backline have hartlett thinking hibb or shaw, but any other suggestions appreciated.
Backline is : Goddard, Gibbs, Taylor, HARTLETT, staker, Hanley (Thurlow, suban)
Will be a straight swap as I only have 1000 in the bank.

I would go Shaw not many less risky options. Birchall or Scotland could be considered but i think they are more likely to produce a lower score than Shaw

I am leaning that way, but looking at Scotland it is tempting to take a punt, just had a poor year normally averages 100+ but only 82 this year.
