I used to use one heaps but after putting on around 10kgs in the last decade I don't even wear a top to bed any more.

So my advice, start eating loads of crap.

Learnt a long time ago to have a key strategically hidden outside for use by us all. Not in obvious places though. Been the savior now on quite a few occasions for the kids.
