Trades Rejected by the Coaches, but referred to me (8 votes or less)

Trade 32:

Pacific trade: Tom Nicholls
New York trade: Josh Jenkins and Pick 8

Verdict: A lot of doubt from coaches of whether or not Nicholls (a ruck averaging 92 from 8 matches, including 2 centuries) and Jenkins (a ruckmen/forward who averaged 69, including 3 centirues) were roughly equal given Nicholls is still seen as not a #1 ruck. Pick 8 was seen as overkill. I tend to agree with these doubts, at least to an extent where I'm not confident overturning the people's decision REJECTED

I'll vote tonight, been a little busy past few nights. I would have voted same as above anyway, rejecting this one as well cause think it is overkill for Nicholls. 

I'm bracing myself for comments on this trade :-X like every other time premo's have been traded there has been an uproar ;)

So my previous trade, 'Tom Nicholls, Daniel Talia and Pick 60 FOR Pick 5 and Pick 44' was rejected because I was giving up too much... And now Nicholls FOR Jenkins + pick 8 is rejected because I gain too much?

TBH I negged the 1st one, but not this week's one

But I do see how they could both be negged

Nicholls is around pick 5-8... (I don't see pick 5 and 8 with that much difference in value, when it's a bit of a lottery at those numbers)

So essentially both trades are more or less Nicholls for Pick 8/5

However in the first 1... Talia and Pick 60 are WAY TOO MUCH for pick 44. Pick 44 and 60 are both rubbish picks and really have no value at all imo. Therefore an overpay

And in the Second trade...

Nicholls for Pick 8 - good

then you randomly got Jenkins thrown in there on top.

Yeah same mc. It's hard now because he has to try and make it better for the people who negged it, but that could mean people like us who thought it was originally fair won't think it's fair once it gets changed...

i negged the first one as jay wasnt getting enough. in the second one he still isnt getting enough but its much closer.

in what world is josh jenkins equal to nicholls.

there is a big difference between 8 and 5 actually. in 2013 pick 5 could have got jack martin for example. in 2012 it could have got wingard.

And I wasn't surprised other people agreed with me, especially after Pick 1 couldn't change hands.

Haha fair enough. The actual symbol should be an equal sign with a cross through it, but they don't have them on keyboards so you have to do 2 equals signs with a cross between them. Means does not equal :)
