Btw all --> you can officially delist players now. But if you do, you can't trade them, they are gone. This is only to help reduce your cap if needed.

You'd also have to officially delist retired players, as on occasion those players 'retire' and then come back again

Pacific are keen to get involved! A big name ruckman could leave the Islanders  :o

At this stage we want to help rebuild what youth is there! Picks and kids for us, older if it helps our team!

a) upgrading can de done before list lodgements, you won't be able to demote

B) you can't lose points in a trade if under 24000.

Just to clarify oz, so what you're saying is that I can't say, demote Sam Lonergan to my rookie list before list lodgements?

Or is it the same as last year where you could demote players after the international draft but before the PSD/Rookie Drafts?

And since I am over the cap, I cannot complete a trade which would increase my cap, even if I make sure I am under it before the drafts?

I.e. if I trade 2 draft picks for a player, which would increase my cap, I can't do delistments after the trade to get back under the cap?

Yeah, the only way to get on the rookie list is through the rookie draft. Only did it the other way the first time cos we were creating the rookie list for the first time.

No, you can trade to go over the cap. The difference is that it is easy to reduce your cap, but can be hard to increase your cap.
