Master Q/Toga and Ringo (I did send to his assistants) only ones not to vote so far...

No trades currently have more than 4 votes, and only 3 I could theoretically reject.

Trade 46 controversial, but less people voted against it this time then before. I can't reject that trade without being hypocritical. So it passes.

Trade 45 and Trade 49 only other trades to receive votes against. Don't have real problem with either...

so...

ALL PASS I haven't done the salary cap checking yet, so it's depending on that a bit.
