Huge POD as captain

Ok have fallen behind due to not having Shaw and Priddis and I'm down with a donut too..thinking of going a pod as captain with a player none of my opponents have..couple of options, the 3 teams I'm playing don't have Griffen danger or Barlow..

What ya reckon? Danger at home to the dees but does he get the tight McKenzie tag? Barlow? Plays port at home but don't think he will get tagged. Not sure he will go huge or Griffen plays Bris at GABA, has Raines to worry about but can go large

Danger out of that list for me. Tag shouldn't be a problem because he's been playing forward mostly lately. I'm almost talking myself into putting him as captain as we speak actually.

Yeah bit worried he is running out of steam but that was due to Wallis last week.. Bloody tempting though..bit worried about the potential blowout games.. Doesn't seem to be huge scores lately.. Btw last 4 weeks my captaincy has been barely 100x2!! Gaz 3 times pendles 1

That's a good point, I've been burnt many a time putting in someone as captain against GWS or Melbourne, only to see everyone else take points off them. I'd still go with Danger, but Griffen as a very close second. Barlow as consistent as he is, isn't going to go 150+

in the same boat mate. I need to make up points due to not having shaw and priddis. Thinking dangerfield, but floating the idea of Martin as a POD for my match up....kinda wish i had a punt with the VC on buddy instead on pendles...

as a tigers fan whats your thinking for dusty as a POD captain?

Yeah Griff has been a letdown.. Got him 2 weeks ago for 114 and 78 and I've been watching him and he has been a bit of a clanger king last 2 weeks! Grr

Hmm tough call.. A game where dusty will kill it or not turn up.. Huge risk but massive reward

Adelaide have only really had the 1 massive win this year against GWS and he scored 147 in that. Same goes with last year in all the games they won by >50 he averaged 126

I don't know if this sounds crazy but because of Shaws 122 I'm thinking of benching JPK against the Cats (my opponent doesn't have him) and am thinking JPK might find it tough going against cats and bringing in Barlow.

Is this is a crazy idea?
