I noticed that Charlie Dixon has had big scores against his next 2 opponents (Saints and Giants) im seriously thinking of getting him in as I have 1 trade and 212k.Team was set until Heppell Hartlett and Hanley all stuffed me up I have no cover (Thurlow,Oxley)and I have a feeling Cotchin might get rested and my only cover is Tom Mitchell who I think was dropped.
Im after someone who can score a 130 not just a solid 90 like enright and Hibberd.

Any ideas? I was thinking Murphy who has a soft run, dixon and Scott Thompson who can score big but has Buddy and has never scored big against the hawks?

If your gut is telling you to pick Dixon then go for it mate. The gut is almost always right.

He should score well in his next 2 games against weak opponents.

I've thought about him but he got a lot of points earlier from rucking no.1 . (Nicholls and Gorringe ahead now)

He singlehandedly cost me an awesome ranking this season (843 could be MUCH higher) so I'm a bit jilted, but unless he either kicks goals or rucks he is too risky for me.

i gotta be honest, i was just looking through threads to see if anyone was considering dixon .. i have the heppell hartlett combo and need to make a trade ... i am thinking that dixon is a safe bet and i am surprised not many people are considering him ?? ... atm I have traded him into my team for hartlett

Have not considered hibberd until 5 mins ao , scores seem good and will they get better with no heppel . . ?

Why only now? He's been 1 of the best, most consistent defenders. He is a gun back. Heppell should have no negative impact,if anything may get more time on ball.

Until now I had , Goddard , heppel , ibbotson , shaw , Hanley , Gibbs . . . Didn't have room for hibberd , but he will be in now . . And tks for the thoughts that he may even improve without heppel . .
