His first job is apparently going to be to convince the young guys to stay.

Watching the press conference today, he spoke very well and seemed to have a clear direction that he wanted to push the club. To me it seemed like he did not want Dustin Martin to come to the club when questioned, and he should know, being an assistant at Richmond for so long.

Hopefully he can get a few of the young guys to stay, but if he can't we need to really get some good trades going to make sure that we aren't losing too much talent.

I hope that he will make a good coach for us. First impressions look good.

he wants martin, already talking about him

Agree with BB here Strikes - Body language not good when asked the question on Martin and then when on about ticks and crosses as part of players package so not sure he wants Martin at Brisbane.

May have put across differently in other interviews had but in live one this morning  is all I have to go on as I have not seen other interviews.

Was very impressive at this interview and what plans he has.

i'll only agree with a martin deal if the players crying to go home are used in the deal

Justin Bieber

Stoked with Leppa's appointment.

brisbane again could be very fantasy relevant, voss stuffed up alot of players fantasy wise.

docherty (if he stays), rocky, zorko right up the top of my watchlist.

Don't get too excited over zorko, Beams will be back in the team next year and he'll proabably once again get midfield nod over Zorko

tbh I dont see Zorko playing much more midfield than he did this year. He actually had a really good year this year, just not fantasy wise.
