I feel i must use my last trade this week and either upgrade Mitchell to a premium (Crouch to bench) which would see me playing Staker but have no bench cover down back which may be handy for late withdrawels. (Thompson last week) OR trade Hartlett to a prem - but would gave no midfield cover unless Mitchell plays.... Thoughts?

While I agree with this in principle, you also have to gamble that against the chance of Crouch/Titch + Premium back vs donut +premium mid...

I'd upgrade TMitch mate. Staker can still pump out 70-100s and a premo mid is a 110+.
