I wonder if the way the Freo sacking went down is the reason that's put him off wanting to be a senior coach again.

Surprises me also, think the Lions are in a decent enough position to improve the coming years.

This surprises me a little as well. Reason being that the Board has made it clear that they want an established coach for 2/3 years to mentor an Assistant coach to take over.  Thought this arrangement would suit Harvey but apparently not unless other factors are in play.
