Buenos Aires v Sao Paulo

Ladder: 2 v 4
Win-Loss: 14-4 v 13-6
Average: 149 v 150
High: 187 v 173
Low: 112 v 132
H2H: 0 v 3

History
2013 R5: (Neutral) Armadillos 155 lost to Pumas 164
2012 QF: Pumas 157 defeated Armadillos 117
2012 R1: (Neutral) Armadillos 128 lost to Pumas 153

The Rhythm Cup is back is for a 4th time! (No other cup has been played for more than twice). Unfortunately for Buenos Aires, this has been a lop sided rivalry with the first two games going easily to Sao Paulo, and the third one of the matches of the year, but ultimately a high scoring victory to Sao Paulo. The Armadillos, after looking very ordinary at times during the year through injury, seemed to have hit form again at the right time of the season! While the Pumas had a welcome return to form, scoring over 150 without a major contribution from struggling captain Gary Ablett.

My tip? I think Buenos Aires will break the duck against the Pumas.

Mexico City v Berlin

Ladder: 1 v 7
Win-Loss: 17-1 v 12-7
Average: 152 v 136
High: 171 v 154
Low: 132 v 110
H2H: 2 v 0

History
2013 R13: Suns 132 defeated Brewers 121
2012 R2: Brewers 113 lost to Suns 182

Is this mission impossible for Berlin? Let's look at the facts:

- During the year, the Brewers have outscored the Suns only 3 times in the 18 weeks they played together. By that logic, they have a 1 in 6 shot of winning! Worth pointing out that Berlin would have beaten Mexico City in the first week of the finals if they played.
- The Suns lowest score of the year is an impressive 132 (the match they actually played Berlin! Berlin let a chance slip there), the Brewers have scored 132 or more in 14 of 19 games this year.
- The Suns humiliated the Brewers in there first game in 2012, a mammoth 69 point victory.
- Berlin have never defeated the Suns, but they also had never defeated Cape Town or Moscow until this finals series either.

Surely not though, because I think Dublin fans will commit mass suicide if Berlin make it to the Grand Final!

Head Coaches of Africa/Oceania... feels good man.  ;)

Just to clarify Oss, how does the reserves team work? Our best seniors XV is exempt from selection?  ???

Sweet, sounds good to me. I think we're gonna be in a bit of trouble to be honest. Alexandria ended the season pretty poorly.

The way they're going, it might be worth chucking a sneaky bet on Berlin.  :o

You're going for the treble, and I'm going to the double (Premier and Champions League). Good luck :)
