Just had a quick glance at the teams named for the round in my 10 minute break a work and I'm fairly sure I will be playing with 2 OOP in defence. Hartlett, Roberton, Tape and Silvagni all out! :o

Congrats on reaching the final nails.

I might have 1 OOP CF.

OOP = not end of the world. I had 1 OOP last week that still scored 50 odd.

Chapman being named in the team is a risk. Sub? maybe. Hope not.

Edwards in! That means I don't have to play Andrejs!

Swallow out... but replaceable. Unfortunately again looking at 5 melb players named...

Oz just told me not ONE melbourne player averages over 90, yet I have 12 of the little spuds and still made the prelims! Forget the premiership, THAT is the biggest achievement lol

Buenos Aires Armadillos

D- H. Scotland, Burgoyne, Brennan, Gilbert
M- D. Swan (C), M. Boyd, M. Barlow, K. Cornes
R - R. Warnock
F - S. Johnson (VC), P. Chapman, D. Petrie, B. Harvey
B - D. Cox, D. Cross

EMG - J. Schulz, B. Dalziell, J. McKenzie

Feels good, two players who have been best XV for most games of the season have been relegated to emergency this week.

Though I'd like to name Dalziell over Cross (if not sub)

Though I won't be online (I'll be at work) so not sure if I can make this happen?

Terrible luck on the defense front this week with Hartlett out suspended, Tape out with a concussion (thanks to Hartlett >:(), Roberton getting rested and Silvagni getting relegated to the emergencies, leaving me with just Houli and Harwood as my only recognized defenders. I've still named Silvagni in the hope he is a late in, because the 60 odd he should score would be better than half one of my emergencies would score. Sam Jacobs gets moved back to defense to cover the final defense spot and Christ Masten is recalled, but will start on the bench.

But the big change this week is Rory Sloane has been given the captains armband. Yes that's right, Gary Ablett has lost the captaincy! The first time ever for the Pumas he hasn't been named captain when playing! :o

Ablett 150 Sloane 60 incoming lol
Probably, but over the last 3 games Ablett has averaged 88 and Sloane 134.7, so I think the change is justified. Plus with me having to play 2 out of position in defense I might as well try something different.

What do you think about the Dillos team? Two solid emergencies

Cross or Dalziell for the utility/bench spot?

CrowsFan

Haha you're asking for advice from your opponent?? :o

What I think of the team is that you are going to get your hands on the Rhythm Cup for the first time!

Given Dalziell's sub announcement will happen before lock-out, I'm happy enough to do that... Any objections CF?

An assistant could help also...

And hey Nails --> how about voting in the WXV awards?

Ossie I feel because he is trying to skirt the rules he should have to receive the lower scorer of the two as punishment. Thoughts? :P
