Gibbs: With Judd out should get more midfield time. He also loves playing the Tigers. His last 5: 133, 83, 104, 83, 147. His low scores have been because of his role, and I'd expect him to bounce back this week with an 80+ score.

Grimes: Had 2 scores in the 90s, we all traded him in, and has been dire since. Why? He tagged for 3 games straight.
His last 3 when he tagged: 67 average. Last 3 without tagging: 91 average. With McKenzie back in the side doing the tagging Grimes has a much more DT conducive role. Freo are by no means an easy side to get points from, but last year Grimes had 105 and 93 on them. I'd expect a high 80s/low 90s score.

The Cannon... no idea what's going on there. Just bad form? Sucks as we got him in for his draw. I think he's on my chopping block at the moment.

Just my thoughts on some of the defenders being discussed.

Yeah, really pissing me off. Brought him in and he's returned a 60, 69 and 53  >:(

I also have Heath Shaw to worry about. Depending on this week's performances, one of these two will become enright next week.

Gibbs recent poor DT form has been since Carrazzo returned from injury, he is now out again.

Gibbs 2013 average playing with Carrazzo (rounds 1-5 and 15-19): 82 (includes 1 ton at 133 and an injury affected 54)

Gibbs 2013 average playing without Carrazzo (rounds 9-14): 108.4!!!

No Judd or Carrazzo, surely Gibbs is needed in the middle....

Yeah, I'm starting Gibbs.  My scenario is Grimes v The Cannon.  At the moment I'm going Grimes. =/

That's interesting reading. Gives me hope that Gibbs might post a decent score this week  :)

Does Carrots directly affect Gibbs though? Gibbs has been starting in defence lately

I guess the hope is that with Carrots out Gibbs will move back into the midfield.
