Knives are dangerous. I just cut my finger, with a butter knife. Be careful out there, dangers lurk around every corner.

What's the worst thing you've done in the kitchen?

Set some chicken on fire in the microwave when I was about 8.

If we include just general, non-dangerous stupidity, I always put the milk in the pantry, and cereal in the fridge. Especially when I've just gotten up.

lol just last week i was using a sharp knife to open the top of one of those big packs of shredded cheese and cut the top of my finger :o

and twice last week i somehow left the oven going all night :-[ :-X

haha i nearly done what the main guy did in Grandma's Boy while cooking a pizza in the oven. was stigged as flower and it scared the shower outta me.

On topic, I've cut myself, burnt myself, burnt the food, exploded stuff in microwaves, etc.

If you guys ever want to get out of cooking for others, just do ones of the above. A friend's mum got me to help her cook one time. I burnt myself twice on the stove and broke a lemon squeezer, never asked to help cook again 8).

Spilt my beer while tasteing the wifes tuna mornay once, geez it was nice. Respect to our cooks I say. Ps, met my missus when I was 17, i'm 53 now, and wouldn't know where the toaster is. She better out live me ;)

Yesterday I dropped a bottle of orange juice in the kitchen.. I was pretty devastated, it was damn good stuff. :o
