If you boys didn't listen to what tom ledger had to say

https://audioboo.fm/boos/1634580-tom-ledger-on-gillette-afl-trade-radio

I find it disappointing that you aren't doing anything to hold onto potential young talent, with all the possible players that are leaving, why wouldn't you try and hold onto your current group?

I think getting rid of this kid will come back to haunt you

From listening to him he evidently really wanted to leave the club

They had to be aware of their lists shelf life and the impending turn over at the end of the season. surely they could of given him more that one full game all year, can't just put all your eggs in one basket.
Look what collingwood have done to blood their young kids. They sacrificed games sure, but boy has it paid off

*** geelong same thing last few seasons, playing kids whilst they were still a dominate team

It's too hard to call without insight from the selection squad. Ledger says speed was the only reason that kept him out of gametime, but their could easily be others, such as work ethic and attitude. Obviously its speculation and I doubt St.Kilda would waste time justifying so probably won't ever know. I'm sure whatever club he lands at is interested in playing him

Nige

Josh Bruce could be a Saints player as early as tomorrow.

Fantasygun

St Kilda is obviously going to have a painful 2-3 years atleast but wooden spoon? are you high?
Letting Dal go and McEvoy traded still haves stkilda far ahead of melbourne and slightly ahead of GWS.

Melbourne have made advancements and have some quality young players. I expect GWS to jump just like GC did.

St.Kilda have Joey, Roo and Steven. That is it. And their pick 3.

If St.Kilda is going to get a spoon in he next 6 years, it'll only be once and it'll be between 2015-2017

Ziplock

they lost milne as well.

If riewoldt goes down, I'd say spoon.

Melbourne are going an interesting way about it, they clearly suck at picking players in the draft so they are trading picks for players.
Stkilda's young crop is better than Melbourne's.

Cicjose

but if they dont play then what are they good for?

Fantasygun

They clearly played this year well the ones that weren't injured. Wright, Saunders,Ross, Newnes, Lee would be getting 22 games at melb

Nige

Hawthorn has traded pick 19 to St Kilda in exchange for pick 24 and 59.

Nige

Jackson Ferguson has been delisted.
