VC Strategy

Just wondering what people would do

In a close game this week in the main league I care about

Both of us have the VC on Stevie J and the C on Ablett

But just wondering if I should take a chance and change it to Jelwood or even Rocky

Just need to think who Port will tag

I am 3rd and he's 2nd but I beat him last week or the week before when he was first lol

i think stevie j is geelongs x-factor.

If he fires and geelong go big he'll go 130+.

Selwood is usually more dependable, i see him going 110-115.

Maybe consider putting VC on cotch v Brisbane today.

Cotch is in some good form and I expect the tiges to smash the lions.

I'm on the same position, and because of my matchups I've decided to keep Stevie J VC to breakeven with opponent. If you have uniques that should theoretically score better than your opponent, breakeven with SJ as a better captain choice will be the most likely way your opponent will win

I don't have any real good back up options if he fails have like Cox, Priddis and Goddard I think that's it

Do you have the fire-power to make Gazza vc and choose from someone playing later ??  Gives you the edge on his selections.

Not really even if Ablett gets 100 wouldn't trust my options tomorrow which are

Goddard, Cox, Priddis, Hibberd, Hartlett , Thompson (North)

I'm also trying to decide between Jelwood, SJ, and Rocky as VC. Have it on Jelwood atm, but my gut is saying SJ or Rocky are much better options. Wish Ablett could play on the friday night, pump out a 150, and then we wouldn't have to worry.

What does your Vice have to score before you take the C off of GAJ? The little master in his 250th in a game they should win, I can see some people screwing themselves over when Gazza goes huge. That said I think I'm going to give the vice to Griffin.

He has done it twice this year v Port and Bulldogs but yeah it's lower than those 2
