Okay so with NicNat & Buddy not playing I must start Rowe and Staker on field.  I am in the top 4 in four of my leagues which means double chance.  Do I the chance and hold my trade.  I currently have two non playing bench players in my mids so I was hoping to use my trade there if I need to, and I'm not actually in line for a donut at this stage.

Hold fire or trade?  If trade, what trade do I make?
