My 2nd crucial trade, please help!!!

Its an elimination final in my main league this week.

The players I want to oust are on the left but I need help to decide what will net me the most points this week? My team is otherwise set.

Mids- swan, ablett, Pendles, beams, Barlow, Fyfe, stanton(Mitchell, hrovat)

Def- goddard, Heppell, Gibbs, grimes, mckenzie, ibbo (clisby, Thurlow)

I also have Mitchell in the mids on the bench if that would be a better trade than Stanton?

Im leaning towards Mitchell>griffen but i already have o'keefe and 3 pies players in the mids which wouldn't look great for this round.
