I found a pic of his leg injury from a few years ago. deadset how lucky is this bloke that he didn't break both. have a look at his right leg. i thought it was normal but noticed the knee joint a good 200mm up

Please dont bring this up again.  Was an absolute terrible moment - especially seeing as were giving PA a hiding as well.  Barlow is a fantastic person and just goes to show what motivation and the right attitude can achieve.
