Simple question...

Need to dump one of these three for a must win.

S. Thompson ( Adel ), Deledio, T. Mitchell.

One gets upgraded... and two play.

Unfortunate position you've found yourself in mate- I wouldn't want any of them in my top 8 mids right now!

The Facts
Scott Thompson
Last 5: 97, 81, 72, 92, 70
Run home: North, Bulldogs, Melbourne, West Coast
Projected: 81, 84, 77, 84

Brett Deledio
Last 5: 75, 84, 62, 80, 98
Run home: Brisbane, Carlton, GWS, Essendon
Projected: 81, 77, 80, 80

Tom Mitchell
Last 5: 104, 113, 74, 112, 58
Run home: Collingwood, Saints, Geelong, Hawthorn
Projected: 92, 92, 92, 92

Would probably dump Deledio, Titch is looking the better scorer while Thommo has a good last four.

Although it sounds like a cop out, it's not my team... I'm sorting out a friend's team.

but still, they're top 4 in their league and if they win this week, plenty of time to finish up the midfield.

So it's all about this week.

Titch should go big against Collingwood,
Deledio has Bris at the G
Thompson has North in Adelaide.

Toss a coin stuff.

But I agree... looking like Deledio

Cheers

North are on the stingiest DT teams, so don't expect a lot from Thommo this week.

I've actually got Lids and Titch, and I dumped Titch, but more for the $$$. Lids sits on my bench, and I prefer him as cover.
Don't know that Titch will do well vs the Pies. Been played forward a lot lately, and if that continues expect his low scoring to continue.

Ricochet

Yeh North have had a big focus on defence across the whole field and aren't giving up many DT points (and they were one of the worst last year)
I would dump Thommo

Jukes

Did you look at who Adelaide have after North? Bulldogs, Melbourne, West Coast are all bottom eight sides and Thompson should at least ton up in the two of them and score 90+ in the other, maybe with a big 125+, something I can't see Deledio doing.

Ricochet

Thommo has only one 100 since round 9 and an average of 83 since then. That includes games against GC and WCE.
Deledio is running at an average of 90 since round 9 and also plays bottom teams in Brissie and GWS.
Bombers are also giving up big numbers even though they are a better side. They gave up 6x 100s to the Pies on the wkend (plus 5x 90+s) and 7x 100s against the Hawks the week before.

Thompson has also been hampered by a groin injury this year and you wonder if the Crows lose this week whether they'll put him on ice for the season.

All interesting stuff.

Damn good brains trust around here.

Make a good case for getting rid of Thompson, even though he will do better later in the finals, it's all about this week.

Win this, and there's a week off to fix problems.

sure hope you dumbed thommo... but I'm guessing you dropped lids?
